Damp Treatment before Extension is built

CC Building started a new project in July. The Home Extension and damp treatment to the clients property also includes the installation of a Bathroom and Fitted Kitchen. The Home Extension project comprises of our full range of building services, in this project we are undertaking all forms of building work.

Here are a few pictures of the damp treatment work needed to be completed before the work on the extension. Here a small area has the original bricks removed, we then install a new DPC and replace the removed bricks with engineering bricks for added assurance the damp will be stopped.

Here is the same section of wall with the repair completed, once the entire wall is repaired section by section a coat of rendering and then plaster to complete the damp repair.

Double Garage

We are currently undertaking a number of varied jobs this week and completing on 2 clients projects. The Garage opposite is ready for rendering and the garage doors will be fitted and job completed in time for the weekend.
The garage was an addition to the original job of plastering the internal walls of a newly constructed Bungalow in Romford. We wish Mr & Mrs Taylor the best of luck in their new home.
